By engaging Senege Dasuzo Pte Ltd ("we," "us," or "our") for document services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your use of our document preparation, verification, translation, and certification services in Singapore.

2. Services Provided

We offer professional document services including but not limited to:

• Document verification and validation
• Template preparation and customization
• Certified translation services
• Notarization and legalization services
• Apostille certification
• Document retrieval assistance

3. Client Responsibilities

As our client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for document processing
• Ensure all documents submitted are authentic and legally obtained
• Review processed documents for accuracy before finalizing
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees for services rendered in a timely manner

4. Service Limitations

4.1 Legal Advice

We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Our document services are not a substitute for legal counsel. For legal matters, consult a qualified attorney.

4.2 Document Authenticity

We verify documents based on the information provided but cannot guarantee the authenticity of source documents. Clients are responsible for ensuring original documents are genuine.

4.3 Government Requirements

While we strive to meet all official requirements, document acceptance is ultimately at the discretion of the receiving authority. We cannot guarantee document acceptance by third parties.

5. Fees and Payments

• Fees are based on our current price list or as quoted for specific services
• Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other approved payment methods
• Rush services may incur additional fees as specified in our pricing
• All fees are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and subject to GST where applicable

6. Turnaround Times

Standard processing times are estimates and may vary depending on:

• Document complexity and length
• Language requirements
• Government processing times for certifications
• Current workload and staffing

While we endeavor to meet all deadlines, we cannot guarantee specific completion times for services involving third parties or government agencies.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client documents and information, subject to:

• Legal requirements to disclose information
• Necessary sharing with third-party service providers (e.g., translators, notaries)
• Our Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms

8. Cancellation and Refunds

8.1 Service Cancellation

You may cancel services before work begins for a full refund. Once work has commenced:

• Cancellation may incur charges for work completed
• Document retrieval fees are non-refundable
• Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable

8.2 Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of:

• Service errors on our part
• Failure to deliver services as agreed
• Extraordinary circumstances preventing service completion

Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of service completion.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for those services. We are not liable for:

• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
• Delays caused by third parties or government agencies
• Client errors in provided information
• Changes in laws or requirements after service completion

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Any disputes shall be resolved in Singapore courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
